Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates online gaming, and its application to offshore platforms is legally ambiguous. To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match the identity documents you will later submit for KYC verification.
You may only register one (1) Account with ml138. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual (commonly known as "multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. ml138 employs automated detection systems to identify and block duplicate Accounts. Any Player found operating multiple Accounts will have all Accounts suspended, and all funds and Winnings forfeited without prior notice.
ml138 is required by law and by the terms of its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players. Before you may withdraw any Winnings, you must complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents via the Account dashboard:
KYC verification typically takes between 1 and 24 hours. You will receive an email notification and an in-platform alert once your Account is verified. Verified Accounts unlock higher withdrawal limits and qualify for same-day withdrawal processing.

ml138 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. ml138 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond ml138's control.
Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Deposits via other banks or e-wallets may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time via the Account dashboard, provided your Account has been fully KYC-verified. Unverified Accounts cannot withdraw funds until the KYC process is complete.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of Rp 50.000 and a maximum of Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. ml138 does not charge withdrawal fees. Funds are typically received in your nominated bank account or e-wallet within 1 to 24 hours, depending on your bank's clearing schedule.
ml138 maintains strict AML policies in accordance with international gaming regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement exists to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer or laundering mechanism.
ml138 reserves the right to request additional documentation or to freeze withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected. Patterns that may trigger enhanced due diligence include: rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without meaningful gameplay, deposits from third-party accounts, and deposits exceeding typical betting patterns for the Player's Account history.
ml138 may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 30x the Bonus amount) before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus amount only, not to any deposit made by the Player.
Players who engage in Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, colluding with other Players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting") — will have all Bonuses, Winnings, and Account balances forfeited, and their Accounts permanently banned.
ml138 reserves the right to void any Bonus, withhold Winnings, or close Accounts at its sole discretion if Bonus abuse is suspected. All decisions made by ml138 regarding Bonus eligibility and forfeiture are final.
Some promotions are available only to Players who opt in via the promotions page. Other promotions may be automatically credited. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. ml138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using ml138:
Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds and Winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from using the Service. ml138 reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
ml138 strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party service provider disruptions).
ml138 is not liable for any losses, missed Bets, or other damages arising from Service downtime or unavailability. If a Bet is placed during a period of technical malfunction and the outcome cannot be determined fairly, ml138 reserves the right to void the Bet and refund the original stake.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. ml138 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the Platform, including odds, game results, or promotional materials.
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a natural part of the activity. ml138 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of your gambling activity. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and gambling responsibly within your means.
ml138 may integrate third-party services such as payment processors, live casino providers, and game studios. ml138 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services. Any disputes arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ml138 support at [email protected]. Before your Account is closed, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

ml138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
In the event of Account termination, ml138 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, including deposits and Winnings, if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms. ml138's decision to terminate an Account is final and is not subject to appeal.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ml138 is licensed to operate (international offshore jurisdiction). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and ml138, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ml138 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you agree that the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which ml138 is licensed. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
